On August 2, 2004, Fisher Scientific International, Inc. and Apogent Technologies Inc. completed a business merger. As a result of this merger, Medical Analysis Systems (MAS) became part of Microgenics Corporation (MGC). Microgenics develops, manufactures, and supplies quality in-vitro immunodiagnostics for human health care. We offer immunoassays and a system solution for:

Microgenics brand names you may be familiar with are CEDIA, DRI, CASCO Standards (www.microgenics.com) and now the addition of , MAS Controls and LabLink .
MAS will begin moving to a new facility in Fremont, CA in early 2005. Extensive planning of even the smallest details is already in process through all levels of both organizations to ensure the availability of quality products you have come to count on, and no interruption in the service you trust.

You will continue to call the same toll-free numbers for orders and support. We are planning a smooth and user-friendly transition of Technical and LabLink support into the Microgenics Technical Support groups. Additional staff is in training to ensure prompt response to your calls.
MAS and MGC manufacturing personnel are working hand-in-hand to implement new MAS products and technologies already on the development schedule. The teams are committed to a seamless transition of product transfer to our new state-of-the-art facility.
Your will soon notice enhancements to the LabLink Live program as we transfer hundreds of additional customers into the system, providing larger peer group data to support your needs.
